By using AskDeeper, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any terms, please do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Who We Are
AskDeeper is an AI-powered research platform that helps teams conduct scalable, conversational interviews. We provide tools for creating surveys with AI-generated questions, conducting AI-moderated interviews, and generating insights from participant responses.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and maintain secure credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Services unlawfully or in violation of any applicable laws; collect personal information from respondents without proper consent; upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use automated means to access the Services without permission; interfere with the Services or servers; reverse engineer or extract source code; or build competing products using the Services.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including research goals, questions, documents, and generated insights. You grant AskDeeper a limited license to use, process, and display your content solely for providing the Services. We do not use your content to train AI models. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not violate the rights of others.
7. Interview Participants
As a survey creator, you are responsible for: providing clear information about the research purpose to participants; obtaining informed consent before interviews; ensuring participants understand that AI is processing their responses; honoring any promises made about data use; and complying with applicable research ethics and data protection laws.
8. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content (insights, analysis, question suggestions) may contain inaccuracies. You should review all AI-generated insights before relying on them, verify findings against original responses, and understand that AI outputs are designed to assist — not replace — human judgment.
9. Payment and Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
10. Intellectual Property
Our Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content created by AskDeeper, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Services without our express written permission.
11. Disclaimers
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASKDEEPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AskDeeper and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for other reasons with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
