Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes. Your free account has no monthly fee. Buy credit packs whenever you need them.
Do credits expire?
Credit packs are valid for 365 days. Pro monthly credits never expire, even after cancellation. Extra Pro credits are valid for 180 days. Your 5 free starting credits are valid for 180 days.
How do report updates work?
The first report is created after 2 completed interviews. For each study, the free account includes the first report and 2 updates; Pro includes the first report and 4 updates. Each further update costs 1 credit. Reading your saved report never uses credits.
Are participant recruitment costs included?
No. Interview credits pay for completed interviews and report updates. Participant recruitment uses a separate funds balance.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You keep Pro until the end of the paid period, then return to the free plan. Unused monthly credits remain available without an expiry date.
