## Find out why clients don’t come back.

AskDeeper interviews your clients and summarises their answers into themes and quotes.

Add a link to your client messages. Clients reply in their browser.

For: Hair & beauty, Fitness & wellness, Classes & lessons, Pet care, Clinics & dental, Other services.

## A booking status doesn’t tell the whole story.

Your booking system or CRM records visits and client notes. A note like “no reply” or “too expensive” can leave out the reason behind it.

- **No rebooking** — What a client might tell you: “My stylist left. I wasn’t sure who to book with next.”
- **No reply** — What a client might tell you: “You called while I was at work. It’s easier for me to reply to a message.”
- **Too expensive** — What a client might tell you: “I couldn’t commit to the whole package. I only wanted one treatment.”

AskDeeper asks follow-up questions to understand what the client means.

## See what a follow-up question can reveal.

Explore a missed repeat booking, a trial without a membership purchase, and a client who keeps returning.

Illustrative conversations. These are sample scenarios, not collected customer responses.

### One visit. No second booking.

Hear what happened after the first appointment.

**AskDeeper:** How was your first visit to the salon?

**Client:** I loved my nails! I just haven’t booked again.

**AskDeeper:** What has made booking another visit difficult?

**Client:** I finish work at six. The evening slots with my nail technician were always taken, so I found somewhere near my office.

**Possible takeaway:** The experience worked. The availability didn’t.

A next step to test: offer the next appointment before clients leave, especially with their preferred technician.

### A trial class. No membership.

Find out what stopped a trial client from joining.

**AskDeeper:** How was your trial Pilates class?

**Client:** I felt a bit out of my depth.

**AskDeeper:** What made you feel that way?

**Client:** Everyone seemed to know the equipment already. I wanted another beginner session, but I couldn’t tell which classes were suitable for me.

**Possible takeaway:** The next step wasn’t clear for a beginner.

A next step to test: recommend a specific beginner class after the trial and make class levels clear on the booking page.

### The clients who keep coming.

Find out what makes your salon their salon.

**AskDeeper:** What keeps you coming back to this salon?

**Client:** My stylist just gets me.

**AskDeeper:** What does your stylist do that makes you feel understood?

**Client:** She remembers how I wear my hair at work. She suggests a cut I can style myself, instead of something that only looks good in the salon.

**Possible takeaway:** Personal advice that works beyond the appointment.

A next step to test: show how your team helps clients care for their hair at home in your booking page and first-visit consultation.

## Fit feedback into your existing follow-up.

Add a feedback step to your existing client messages. AskDeeper conducts the interviews.

1. **Choose a moment to ask.** After a first visit, after a trial, or when a client hasn’t booked again. Set up a few questions for that moment.
2. **Add the link to your messages.** Place it in the follow-up messages your booking system or team already sends by WhatsApp or email. Clients reply in their browser by text or voice.
3. **Review feedback regularly.** Read new responses in AskDeeper. Use client feedback to test changes to schedules, packages or service, then track bookings and keep listening.

## Ask before offering another discount.

Price may not be what’s stopping a client from returning. Use their answers to decide what to test.

- Different appointment times or class schedules.
- Single bookings alongside packages or memberships.
- Clearer guidance on which specialist or class to book.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is this a review request?

It’s a private interview about the client’s experience. You choose the questions, and the AI asks follow-ups. You read the responses in AskDeeper; they are not published as Google reviews.

### Do clients need to download an app?

No. They open your link in their browser and can answer by text or voice. Keep the interview focused on a few questions so it fits into their day.

### Does the interview happen inside WhatsApp?

No. Add the interview link to a WhatsApp message you send manually or through your existing messaging tools. Those tools handle sending; clients answer in their browser, and you read their responses in AskDeeper.

### Can clients answer in their own language?

Interviews support multiple languages, including English, Russian and Arabic. Some interface controls use English when a localised version is not available.

### Can responses be anonymous?

Yes. You can let clients answer anonymously or choose to collect contact details. Tell them what you collect and who can read their responses before they start.

### Will this bring clients back?

An interview does not guarantee another booking. It helps you understand what to change. Your team acts on the answers and tracks bookings to see whether the change helped.

## Make client feedback part of your follow-up.

Add an AskDeeper interview link to the messages you already send after a visit, a trial class, or a break in bookings. Keep learning what clients need as new responses come in.
